Independent, Local & Family Ran
Part of the independent Savvy Hotel Group, our 1699 built property is in the heart of Chester and a stone's throw away from the River Dee.
The Townhouse is full of character and Grade II charm!
As a beautiful old building, we don’t have lifts, so please bear this in mind when booking.
We’re home to a stunning events space; a stylish two-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to eight guests, as well as our popular Party Pad - perfect for group getaways.
Our welcoming lounge area and bar serve up cocktails, local beverages, and our signature morning breakfast - which is not just for hotel guests, but to the general public too. Not to be missed - it is quintessentially British! Walk-ins welcome.
Plus, we are DOG FRIENDLY! Bring along your furry friends on your holiday. please note: they must be well behaved and appreciative of others.
CLASSIC DOUBLE / TWIN ROOM
Our classic rooms are intimate & cosy, featuring all our general bedroom assets.
All bedrooms include, 34inch flat screen Smart TV’s, tea/coffee facilities, iron/ironing board, hairdryer & fan.
All rooms are ensuite and are shower only rooms, with complimentary welcome toiletries.
All beds have mattress toppers, 13.5 tog duvets and 2 pillows per person.
THE APARTMENT
Our luxury two bedroom apartment can sleep up to 8 guests with two bedrooms offering a double and single bed in each room, and space for two on additional sofa beds.
One room features an en-suite bathroom and an additional shower room for the second bedroom.
Our luxury apartment features a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar. Alongside this is a separate lounge area with relaxing sofas.
This apartment is perfect for a weekend away to discover Chester and for long stay guests.

Chester is walkies heaven: city walls, riverside paths, leafy parks, and more dog-friendly cafés and pubs than you can shake a lead at.
Dogs stay for £15 per night, and we’ve got a handful of pet-friendly rooms, so tell us when you book and we’ll add on your furry friend.
We always just ask that you take full responsibility for your pet and are courteous of all our other guests.
Bring their bed, bowl, and favourite snacks - we’ll point you to the best routes and spots in town at check-in!
